As franchisee applications declined, Papa John's sought to uncover the root causes. A detailed analysis revealed that a subpar user experience was a significant contributing factor. I was tasked with redesigning the information architecture and improving the web user experience to address these challenges and drive engagement.

How did I have impact?

#1 Information Architecture Revamp:  I analyzed and streamlined the website's information architecture, aligning it with high-traffic pages and business priorities. By prioritizing the franchisee application and improving accessibility, I attracted more visitors to key sections, driving an increase in applications.

#2 Making Key Steps, Step-less: I revamped a key Papa John's website section, aligning it with brand creativity to enhance navigation, interaction, and visual appeal. The improvements boosted engagement, with users spending more time on pages and interacting more effectively with the content.
